Conference Registration
Registration is now open for all members at the early-bird rate for ASCH 2027! This rate will be available until December 1st, at which point the prices will increase. Please note that you must have an active ASCH membership (for either the 2026 or 2027 calendar year) and log in to your account in order to access the member registration rates.
Program Draft
Click on the link below for the version of the program draft. Note: this year the Program Committee opted not to use Oxford Abstracts for planning and publishing the program. Revisions of the draft will be posted on the conference website and linked in follow-up messages. We will be providing a limited number of hard copies at registration, but keep your pdf copy handy!
There are several events in this year's program that will require advance registration:
- the annual women's gathering (for lunch this year)
- a walking tour of historic church-related sites in and around the French Quarter
- coffee connections, where senior scholars take graduate students out for coffee and mentorship.
Conference Lodging
The 2027 Annual Meeting will take place from January 7-10 at the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel in New Orleans. All ASCH conference sessions, including the Presidential Reception and the annual Members' Meeting, will be held on-site in the hotel. We have reserved a limited block of rooms, with prices starting at $149/night for a "Petite Queen." This is considerably less than the room rate for AHA hotels up the block, so be sure to secure your room at the conference rate before our block sells out!
